11.12.2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to significant changes in the population's lifestyle.

For World Health Day, the Moscow Department of Health published a page on its official website “Recommendations during self-isolation"

On the page, the main freelance specialists of the Moscow Department of Health spoke about nutrition, physical activity, mental health, bad habits and other topics relevant during general self-isolation. The main emphasis of online lectures is on how to combine a healthy lifestyle and staying at home.

The free time that has appeared during self-isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic can and should be used to good use - pay attention to your health, listen to your body, take the first steps towards a healthy lifestyle. A few weeks is a great start to turning health care into a habit that will stay with you after quarantine is over.

In the spring of 2020, experts from the National Medical Research Center for TPM developed a questionnaire to assess changes in the level of physical activity and sleep caused by restrictions due to the pandemic. The results showed a decrease in all types of physical activity. Currently, the survey is aimed at studying the impact of current restrictions related to the epidemiological situation of the second wave of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 on the lifestyle of Muscovites.

The questionnaire is available at the link: https://forms.gle/LTu3qY8YkosiJTtbA
