Results of the Urban Leader program

The third stream of the Urban Leader program has ended, in which more than 100 mid-level executives of the Moscow Government took part. The main goal of the program of the University of the Government of Moscow is to improve the management culture.

Within six months, managers developed leadership skills and solved the problems of their departments with the support of experts and personal mentors.

Elizaveta Efremova, a graduate of the Candidate of Medical Sciences program, the chief physician of the capital's dental clinic No. 64, set herself the task of establishing a full cycle of digital document management between a medical organization and a patient. And here are the results that have been achieved:

• A touch terminal has appeared, with the help of which all patients can view useful information on our website.
• The efficiency of the call center has increased, redirecting general questions to 112, and questions of the quality of service provision to the heads of structural divisions.
• Now you can pay for services through the Infoclinika application, and receive a check electronically.
• Most importantly, the time for paperwork is reduced by up to three percent, and employees can now use 97 percent of the time to provide medical services to patients themselves.
