Consent is submitted to the tax authority at the location of the legal entity or at the place of residence of an individual entrepreneur or individual:

• personally or through a representative;
• by registered mail;
• according to TCS;
• through the personal account of the taxpayer.

Type of notification (clause 7, article 31 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation):

• by phone
• by email

The form, format, procedure for filling out and submitting Consent to inform about the presence of debts were approved by order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated November 30, 2022 No. ED-7-8/1135@.
