All medical services are provided to persons over 18 years of age.

Taking into account the work in the compulsory medical insurance system, the polyclinic accepts all citizens who are insured on the territory of the Russian Federation, regardless of their place of residence, upon presentation of the compulsory medical insurance policy and passport, SNILS.

Residents of the Moscow region and other regions of the Russian Federation, in order to receive free dental care within the framework of compulsory medical insurance, you must first attach to the clinic.

Attachment to the clinic: morning from 9-00 to 12-00, evening from 16-00 to 19-00. except Saturday and Sunday (registration), in accordance with the reserve capacity of the clinic. You must have a passport + a photocopy (1st page and registration), the original and a photocopy of the CHI insurance policy (from 2 sides), SNILS original and a photocopy.

When dealing with acute pain, therapeutic or surgical care is provided on the day of treatment (except for persons in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication).
Registration for treatment and registration of medical documentation is made at the reception (Tel./Fax.: 8-499-638-33-94).

• The CHI state guarantee program DOES NOT INCLUDE:

– prosthetics and preparation for prosthetics
– cosmetic dentistry

• On weekends and holidays, emergency dental care is provided:
