In accordance with Part 5 of Article 79.1 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 N 323-FZ “On the Basics of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation” (Sobraniye Zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2011, N 48, Art. 6724; 2014, N 30, Art. . 4257)

Approve the procedure for choosing a medical organization by a citizen when providing him with medical care under the program of state guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens in accordance with the Appendix.
