Order of the Moscow Department of Health of May 28, 2015 No. 449
In accordance with the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 N 323-FZ “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation”, in order to optimize, as well as further improve the organization and quality of the provision of specialized dental care to residents of the city of Moscow, I order:
1. Approve the Plan for the territorial delimitation of the districts of the city of Moscow for medical organizations, dental care (appendix).
2 Heads of medical organizations specified in the appendix to this order:
2.1. Organize the provision of specialized dental care to the population of the city of Moscow in accordance with the areas of service.
2.2. To ensure the achievement of the target indicators of the quality and availability of dental care for the adult population in accordance with the requirements of the Territorial Program of State Guarantees of Free Provision of Medical Care to Citizens in the City of Moscow.
3. Heads of medical organizations of the state health care system of the city of Moscow, providing primary health care to the adult population, place on the information stands of entrusted medical organizations information about the routing of patients with dental diseases in accordance with the service areas.
4. To impose control over the execution of this order on the first deputy head of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow N.N. Potekaev.
