Order 47 dated 01/22/2022 On approval of the Regulations on the establishment of the warranty period and service life
In accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "On the Basics of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation", Government Decree of the Russian Federation dated October 04, 2012 No. 1006 “On approval of the rules for the provision of paid medical services”, by order of the Moscow City Health Department dated October 02, 2013 No. 944 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of paid services to citizens and legal entities by state organizations of the Moscow healthcare system”, in accordance with the letter of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow dated January 25, 2021 No. 22-18-5421, in order to improve the quality of services provided in the GAUZ "SP No. 64 DZM",
I ORDER:
1. Approve and put into effect the Regulations on the establishment of a warranty period and service life for the provision of dental care in the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution of the City of Moscow "Dental Clinic No. 64 of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow" (Appendix to this order).
2. Appoint the responsible persons responsible for the organization of warranty service, the head of the dental department - the dentist-therapist Ts.Ts. Raldin; Head of the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry - Dentist-Orthopedist A.V. Kozyrev; head of the department for the provision of paid medical services - dentist-orthopedist I.S. Selakhov.
