Health Dictation 2026

As part of the Sanprosvet project, the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, with the organizational and methodological support of the Novosibirsk Research Institute of Hygiene of Rospotrebnadzor and the Health of Our Children Union, is holding the All-Russian sanitary and educational campaign "Health Dictation-2026."

The first module of the dictation, "A Healthy Smile and Clean Hands," will be held from April 13 to 24, 2026, and focuses on hand and oral hygiene. The second stage, "Movement is Life. Eat Right," is scheduled from May 4 to 22, and the third stage, "Using Gadgets Wisely," will run from September 15 to October 6.

During the first track from April 13 to 24, 2026, participants must go to the website https://dictant-sanprosvet.rf/ and answer questions. The project is aimed at all age groups: schoolchildren, students, parents, and the older generation.
