All-Russian online financial literacy test

The VIII All-Russian Online Financial Literacy Test from the Bank of Russia will be held from October 7 to 28, 2025.

Participating in the assessment is an opportunity to test your knowledge, receive helpful recommendations, and build a collection of achievements. Each participant who successfully completes the assessment will receive a personalized certificate documenting their personal achievements.

The test can be taken individually or as a family. The assignments are based on specific life situations and help you learn to make rational financial decisions. An advanced level is available for those already well-versed in financial matters.

For younger students, assessment tasks are designed in a fun, interactive format. Students in grades 7–11 can participate in the Olympiad Assessment from October 14–16, 2025, which will provide an opportunity to reach the finals of the All-Russian "Higher Standard" Olympiad and receive benefits when applying to universities.

Completing the personal competition will take up to 20 minutes, the Olympiad competition – up to 40 minutes, and the family competition – up to 1 hour.
